We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to oversee and deliver end‑to‑end data migration activities across SAP transformation programmes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the end‑to‑end SAP data migration, from strategy to execution
- Supporting business development activities and our broader go‑to‑market
- Defining and managing the data workstream plan and resourcing
- Providing quality assurance over technical activities involving the use of ETL tools
- Supporting broader activities of profiling, cleansing, and validation
- Communicating risks, issues, and progress to senior stakeholders
- Support testing cycles and cutover with accurate data loads
Required Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role will combine a blend of functional and technical expertise with proven leadership ability to manage teams, client stakeholders and delivery across the data workstream. The successful candidate will bring:
- 8–10+ years in SAP programmes
- Proven experience acting in a leadership role at least two major SAP data migration implementations including migration to S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of the technical migration process and related tooling (e.g. SAP Data Services, Migrate Your Data, other)
- Strong understanding of the SAP data model and associated master and transactional data.
- Proven track record leading data migration teams and delivering within complex programmes
The following skills and experiences are advantageous:
- SAP Master Data Governance implementation experience
- Hands‑on experience with ABAP and SAP Data Services
- Finance and Accounting knowledge
