Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the delivery of major marketing transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to client strategy, measurable outcomes, and EY quality standards.
- Lead multiple workstreams across engagements, managing interdependencies, risks and senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, senior relationships, shaping client agendas and influencing strategic marketing, growth and customer decisions.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging marketing, CX and growth trends, positioning EY as a long‑term strategic partner.
- Design and implement scalable marketing operating models, governance frameworks and capability roadmaps that enable agility, performance and sustainable growth.
- Advise on organisation design, ways of working, capability uplift and partner ecosystems.
- Lead the development of integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies spanning digital, social, CRM, brand and performance marketing.
- Ensure strategies translate into executable plans with clear value cases, KPIs and performance measures.
- Provide senior oversight across the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle, ensuring alignment between creative, data, technology and execution teams.
- Champion customer‑centric experience design and continuous optimisation across journeys and touchpoints.
- Guide clients on leveraging data, analytics, martech and CRM platforms to improve ROI, personalisation, acquisition and retention.
- Translate insight into commercially focused recommendations and executive‑level narratives.
- Lead and develop high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams across consulting, creative, data and technology.
- Act as a role model and coach, contributing to talent development, progression and a strong EY Studio+ culture.
- Play a key role in business development, including opportunity shaping, proposal leadership and client pitches.
- Contribute to market‑facing thought leadership, points of view and the evolution of EY Studio+ marketing propositions.
- Maintain rigorous standards across project governance, commercial management, risk, and quality assurance in line with EY policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience leading marketing strategy, marketing transformation, campaign delivery or customer experience programmes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, martech ecosystems and advanced analytics, and how they drive business performance.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex consulting or agency engagements with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring and growing high‑performing teams.
- Exceptional executive communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in consulting, professional services or agency environments.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
