The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our UK Inbound Immigration Japanese team. You’ll play a key role in managing client engagements, driving operational excellence, and providing expert immigration advice to global businesses. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role offering exposure to high-profile corporate clients and the chance to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality immigration advice and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance with immigration regulations and EY risk policies.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities.
- Manage engagement economics, including budgets, billing, and cash collection.
- Research and apply current immigration developments and policy changes to client solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal training, communications, and service offerings.
