A superb role for an experienced Resourcing Manager. EY is a global leader in Transaction and Advisory services, Assurance and Tax. The Resource Manager works as part of an enhanced operations and business management function whilst maintaining links into a wider resource management team; it requires someone who is resilient, commercially minded and able to quickly build trust and influence with stakeholders at all levels. This is a hands-on position where you will strive to deliver operational excellence whilst supporting the business strategy, commercial efficiency, agility agenda and the mobility of our people. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and the courage to lead. We have a culture of respect and collaboration, and so strong people skills are required.
Your key responsibilities:
- Advise Engagement Leads and Partners on resourcing solutions, ensuring our projects are resourced with the right people, the best skills and delivering on an exceptional people experience.
- Understand the skill sets of our people and proactively deploy individuals to support areas which enhance their professional development and capability set.
- Proactively monitor pipeline and unstaffed requirements with local stakeholders.
- Provide insight and own interventions on resourcing performance metrics such as utilisation, diversity, revenue, margin, pricing, and people insights.
- Work with business leadership to input on optimising service delivery including management of offshore resource planning.
- Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements.
- Work closely with leadership to monitor the wellbeing and performance of our individuals.
- Drive collaborative resource solutions with wider parts of EY, bring best practice thinking and opportunities to enhance team performance to the wider Resourcing function.
