Role Overview
The One Edge Business Product Manager is responsible for shaping, scaling, and owning the business value of the One Edge platform.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, data, and client delivery, translating market needs and EY priorities into a clear product vision and executable roadmap.
As a core member of the One Edge product leadership team, the Business Product Manager partners closely with engineering, data science, design, and client‑serving teams to ensure One Edge delivers measurable impact for clients while driving commercial growth for EY.
This is a client‑facing role, requiring strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance innovation with delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the business product vision for One Edge, aligned to EY’s strategy and client needs.
- Identify high‑value use cases across strategy, transactions, transformation, and managed services.
- Translate client and market insights into clear product outcomes and success metrics.
- Product Ownership & Roadmap
- Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on client value, feasibility, and commercial impact.
- Partner with technology and data teams to shape AI‑driven capabilities, including agentic workflows and LLM‑enabled insights.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant use of EY, client, and external data.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted product advisor to client teams and senior stakeholders.
- Engage directly with clients to understand problems, validate solutions, and refine product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sector leaders and service line teams to embed One Edge into client engagements.
- Support go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and business cases for One Edge capabilities.
- Enable client teams to articulate and demonstrate One Edge’s value proposition.
- Track and report on client outcomes, adoption, and revenue impact.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Define product success metrics (client impact, adoption, efficiency gains, revenue contribution).
- Manage feedback loops to continuously enhance the platform.
- Ensure alignment with EY risk, legal, and data governance standards.
Skills & Experience
- Professional Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in product management, digital transformation, or strategy roles, ideally within consulting, professional services, or technology‑enabled businesses.
- Proven experience owning and delivering digital or data‑driven products end‑to‑end.
- Experience working with AI, analytics, or data platforms in a client‑facing context.
- Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Lean, discovery‑driven development).
- Ability to translate complex AI and data concepts into clear business value.
- Experience working with engineering, UX, and data science teams.
- Personal Attributes
