The Onsite Event Technology Product Manager role at EY represents an opportunity to elevate the end-to-end onsite experience across a growing global events ecosystem. Centered on solutions such as OnArrival, badging, JiffleNow appointments, iCapture lead capture, and Passkey, this role owns a high-impact portfolio that powers attendee check-in, identity validation, session and appointment workflows, on-the-ground logistics, and real-time engagement data—helping teams deliver a seamless and professional onsite experience at scale.

As EY expands its onsite technology footprint, this role must balance global standards with the flexibility required by regional delivery models, data/privacy requirements, and venue-specific operating realities. The onsite portfolio is foundational to how event teams manage arrival, access, service execution, and post-event lead and attendance insights, making it a highly visible position with direct influence on attendee satisfaction and operational efficiency. By driving governance, configuration and integration standards, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder enablement, the role strengthens consistency across events while advancing EY’s ability to deliver a cohesive, scalable, and data-rich onsite experience worldwide.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Own the onsite event technology portfolio end-to-end — define vision, strategy, and roadmap for tools supporting check-in, badging, appointments, lead capture, and accommodation integrations.
  • Drive global governance and standard configuration — establish scalable setup patterns, operating standards, and release readiness to enable consistent delivery across regions while accommodating local requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder discovery and prioritization — partner with event organizers, service lines, and delivery teams to capture needs, translate them into product requirements, and balance demand against capacity and impact.
  • Manage vendor relationships and platform performance — oversee partner engagement (including support/escalations), uptime, SLAs, licensing, and continuous improvement across the onsite toolset.
  • Enable adoption through training and change management — build onboarding, communications, and self-service guidance to improve user confidence and reduce reliance on reactive support.
  • Strengthen data, reporting, and integrations — improve data quality and reporting for onsite operations and outcomes, and coordinate integrations across registration, appointments, lead capture, and downstream analytics/CRM workflows.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Relevant experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role in technology-enabled services.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Hands-on experience with Cvent family of products (e.g., OnArrival, JiffleNow, iCapture) and/or event operations.

What we look for:

We’re looking for a collaborative, delivery-focused product manager who is comfortable operating in complexity, passionate about improving the events experience, and energised by driving adoption at scale. You build strong relationships, balance stakeholder needs with governance requirements, and use data to prioritise improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What we offer you:

At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. We’ll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.

Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:
