Our UK & Ireland, Private Capital Transactions Infrastructure Tax team is fully integrated, collaborating across borders to assist clients in navigating critical tax issues related to private capital transactions tax, ultimately leading to new business opportunities. Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients, which include some of the most recognized brands and investment firms globally. Clients rely on our expertise in tax strategies and compliance to inform their investment decisions and optimize their financial performance. You will leverage your professional skills and experience to facilitate this, managing complex tax procedures across a diverse range of clients in the private equity sector. Your objective will be to empower clients to reach their full potential - and you can anticipate doing the same for yourself.
