The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Manager to join our busy UK Inbound Immigration team. As part of our client service group, you will supervise and manage engagements under the direction of Partners and Directors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient immigration services to our clients. You will play a key leadership role in client relationship management, team development, and business growth initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Global Immigration team within EY's People Advisory Services practice is the largest single-brand provider of immigration services worldwide. We manage a wide range of business immigration solutions for multinational clients, focusing on compliance and legal matters such as coordinating and filing work and visa applications, renewals and extensions, and advising on passport and nationality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support junior team members through effective communication, feedback, and career development.
- Drive engagement, learning, and retention through EY's performance and development initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and wider people initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with EY's risk, quality, and engagement management procedures.
- Oversee time recording, budgeting, billing, and cash collection to meet financial targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Share insights, best practices, and thought leadership to enhance EY's market presence.
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

- Proficient in MS Office, BIT, and visa preparation software.
