The HR Transformation team is growing and focuses on partnering with clients to shape and navigate their people agendas. We build business‑focused, cost‑effective, and agile HR functions by reimagining how HR can meet stakeholder needs and drive value back to the business. The advisory team offers strategic services from HR strategy to experience design, leveraging technology and employee experience to deliver bespoke and optimised HR solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Experience in leading HR Transformation workstreams and developing future HR operating models.
  • Management of HR organization design, creating operating models that deploy the right skills at the right time with smart technologies.
  • Management of junior resources, including end‑to‑end process documentation, localisation workshops, and design facilitation.
  • Experience in HR and HR Service Delivery Transformation, aiming to change how HR and GBS functions operate and innovate capabilities.
  • Development of insights around shared services, GBS or outsourcing strategy, value propositions, and business cases for transformation programmes.
  • Understanding of HR capability build, career development, and reskilling/training initiatives.
  • Preparation of materials for immersive client workshops to shape HR operating models and service delivery design, including process mapping and optimisation.
  • Collaboration within project teams, work streams, and workforce optimisation interventions across diverse industries.
  • Creation of detailed implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation and governance plans, and management of project reporting.
  • Analytical problem‑solving to provide evidence‑based recommendations and support complex business decisions.
