The Financial Diligence team at EY-Parthenon offers opportunities to work on high-profile IPOs and transactions within a high‑performing, integrated team. You will gain continuous learning and development opportunities and a sense of achievement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Understand key business drivers, co‑develop approach with the client and agree value measurements.
  • Provide insights, factual conclusions, and advice to deliver value.
  • Project‑manage teams and form multi‑disciplinary links within Financial Diligence and other EY departments.
  • Gather, verify, and assess information to formulate views.
  • Plan, prepare, and review deliverables in reports, presentations, and client discussions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Gather, verify, and analyse information to formulate views.
  • Demonstrable experience in preparing and reviewing deliverables, including reports and presentations.
  • Support junior team members, assisting their development.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Business Development experience.
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience, including financial due diligence.
  • A passion for delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Project management skills.
  • Effective time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Team‑player attitude with ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Counselling skills (though not essential).
