The Financial Diligence team at EY-Parthenon offers opportunities to work on high-profile IPOs and transactions within a high‑performing, integrated team. You will gain continuous learning and development opportunities and a sense of achievement.
Your key responsibilities
- Understand key business drivers, co‑develop approach with the client and agree value measurements.
- Provide insights, factual conclusions, and advice to deliver value.
- Project‑manage teams and form multi‑disciplinary links within Financial Diligence and other EY departments.
- Gather, verify, and assess information to formulate views.
- Plan, prepare, and review deliverables in reports, presentations, and client discussions.
Skills and attributes for success

- Demonstrable experience in preparing and reviewing deliverables, including reports and presentations.
- Support junior team members, assisting their development.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Business Development experience.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience, including financial due diligence.
- A passion for delivering high‑quality service to clients.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Project management skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Team‑player attitude with ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Counselling skills (though not essential).
