The role will own the go-to-market strategy, lead enablement programs, and ensure our teams are equipped to sell and deliver technology solutions. The role combines commercial leadership, client engagement, and thought leadership, requiring someone who can influence senior stakeholders, shape complex solutions, and present confidently to large audiences. This role can be based in any primary EY locations within Europe.
Your key responsibilities

Oversee development of playbooks, campaigns, and enablement content (including technology demos and corresponding narratives) to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. Set KPIs and monitor performance across markets, adjusting strategy based on data and feedback.
- Leadership & Enablement: Lead regional enablement programs, ensuring practitioners and account teams are trained to execute and sell technology solutions. Partner with global learning & technology teams to integrate activation into the firm’s curriculum and certification pathways. Mentor senior managers and high‑potential talent to build a strong leadership pipeline as part of a wider technology community.
- Client Engagement & Commercial Leadership: Act as a senior client advisor—diagnose issues, shape solutions, and lead proposal development for complex, high‑value opportunities. Oversee delivery of strategic engagements, ensuring quality and commercial outcomes. Develop pricing strategies and deal constructs that balance client value with margin discipline.
- Executive Presence & Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at major client forums, industry events, and internal leadership meetings. Deliver compelling presentations that simplify technology concepts and demonstrate commercial impact. Publish thought leadership and contribute to market positioning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Influence senior stakeholders across service lines and geographies to prioritize activation initiatives. Drive collaboration between sales, delivery, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
