Our clients are varied, working across multiple sectors and of varying size and complexity. They range from large multinational FTSE 10 to exciting emerging organisations that are privately owned. They are developing their business models in an increasingly complex landscape, and that’s why we need a diverse range of people with a truly global skill set to join us.

While the core expertise of our team lies in providing clients with traditional employment tax consulting and compliance services, our close integration with the rest of the PAS (People Advisory Services) division offers a unique chance to work on a variety of complex and challenging multi-disciplinary projects. These projects include:

  • Large scale change and transformation programmes
  • Resetting of client Employee Value proposition
  • Supporting clients with their talent strategy
  • Benchmarking and optimisation of employee reward programmes
  • Assessment of and where relevant implementation of benefit programmes
  • Supporting clients with the international expansion

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored reward solutions that drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead client reward projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform reward strategy recommendations that are competitive and compliant with industry standards.
  • Partner with client leadership teams to integrate reward strategies with broader human capital initiatives and programmes of work.
  • Manage the communication and implementation of reward programs, ensuring clarity and buy-in from client stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits issues, offering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all reward programs adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of benefits for clients, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee incentives.
  • Develop and maintain transparent communication channels to ensure clients are fully informed about reward policy developments.
  • Drive thought leadership in reward management through participation in industry events, publications, and client workshops.
