The Marketing Transformation Practice within EY Studio+ partners with organisations to reimagine marketing strategies, processes, and technologies, enabling high-performing teams and future-ready marketing capabilities. The Opportunity As a Director in the Marketing Transformation Team, you will be a senior leader within EY Studio+, accountable for shaping the strategic direction of the practice, building and owning trusted C-suite client relationships, and driving profitable, sustainable growth. You will set the vision for how EY reimagines marketing for our clients combining marketing strategy, AI and digital innovation, data, and change management to deliver transformation at enterprise scale. This is a senior client-facing leadership role that blends market-shaping, commercial ownership, and people leadership. You will lead complex, multi-workstream engagements and programmes, own significant revenue and sales targets, champion our go-to-market propositions, and act as a role model and coach for Senior Managers, Managers, and Consultants across the practice. You will operate as a member of the practice leadership team, influencing strategy, investment, and capability-building across sectors such as financial services, energy, and government. Key Responsibilities Set practice direction: Shape and drive the strategy, propositions, and growth agenda for Marketing Transformation within EY Studio+, in line with the firm’s ambitions. Own commercial performance: Take responsibility for revenue, margin, sales pipeline, and P coach and sponsor Senior Managers and Managers; and drive recruitment, retention, and career development across the practice. Build market presence: Establish EY’s reputation and thought leadership in marketing transformation through external profile, publications, events, and eminence, generating demand and brand equity. Collaborate across EY: Partner with Technology, Strategy, Tax, and People Consulting leadership to bring the full breadth of the firm to clients and deliver integrated, differentiated solutions. Grow the practice: Contribute to practice leadership, investment decisions, alliances and partnerships, and the development of assets, methodologies, and capabilities. Ensure quality and risk management: Uphold EY’s values and standards in engagement governance, risk management, independence, and client service.
