We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to join our growing Business Consulting team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving transformation and delivering high-impact solutions to clients.
This role is based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) and requires regular travel to client sites, where you'll play a key role in delivering transformational change outcomes.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help address complex business challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, and implement transformation initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues while contributing to high-quality project outcomes.
- Contribute effectively in fast-paced environments that value innovation, continuous improvement, and learning.
Contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects and engagements for clients across multiple sectors.
- Support initiatives that create positive impacts for clients, communities, and organisations.
- Experience and Interest in understanding business challenges and developing practical, value-driven solutions.

- Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Political Science or related field.
