The BPM is a Senior Manager/ Manager ranked role responsible for leading the Competitive Edge product management role. The SM will be responsible for the management of the Competitive Edge Platform and oversee new use cases, roadmap requirements, release management, data and technical vendor management, procurement, testing, and activation, to-day activities and processes needed to support the execution of Technologies and ensure alignment across Super Regions (SR) and SSL competencies. The individual is an essential part of the SaT Global Innovation team and will play a key role in developing the Competitive Edge platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of Competitive Edge Products and new AI use cases for insights generation (e.g., Insights AI agent, curated ppt with tailored insights), roadmap, requirements, Release mgt, data and technical vendor mgt, procurement, testing, activation
- Supporting client engagement teams in selling and delivering engagement work
- Supporting activation of the products within SaT
- The position holder will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes

- Proactively anticipates problems before they occur, defines the problems, and identifies the possible/apparent causes
- Makes key decisions and suggestions based on a solid understanding of the firm’s business objectives and own experience/knowledge
- Uses reasoning to develop alternatives and recommendations for key decisions
- Capability and authority to address complex project issues
Knowledge and skills requirements
- End-to-end Product Leadership: Proven experience managing products from ideation to launch, including business case development, agile delivery, vendor management, and QRM compliance
- Deep SaT & Tech Expertise: Strong understanding of SaT services and a track record of leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency and value across the deal lifecycle
- Client & Delivery Excellence: Led client engagements and delivery teams (including GDS), with a focus on high-impact outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
- Change & Adoption Champion: Skilled in change management and driving activation and adoption of new tools and capabilities across diverse teams
- Strategic Communication & Influence: Effective communicator with the ability to engage senior leadership, influence decision-making, and align cross-functional teams
- Global Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies, with strong project management, analytical thinking, and alignment to firm values
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in a professional services firm or large global organization, with extensive experience in a closely related role as a business product lead or strategic advisor
- Client serving experience in SaT
- Considerable experience of operating and influencing across multiple levels of an organization and working with global virtue teams/networks
- Product management experience with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
- Proven success in building and developing a diverse team, working with global technical teams creating an inclusive environment for team members to share ideas, collaborate, and recognize differences
- International experience preferred as a global mindset is required in this role
- Global role will require flexibility to work across time zones
