Overview

The Financial Diligence team at EY‑Parthenon offers an opportunity to work on high‑profile IPOs and transactions. As an Assistant Director you will develop and lead due diligence projects, collaborate closely with cross‑service teams, and provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand key business drivers, co‑develop approaches with the client, and agree on value measurements.
  • Provide actionable insights, factual conclusions and advice to the client.
  • Project‑manage teams, coordinate deliverables and maintain progress across all stages of the engagement.
  • Build and maintain internal and external networks, identifying opportunities to add value across EY services.
  • Act as a trusted client advisor, establishing yourself as a key contact.
  • Take responsibility for your own learning and development, coach junior team members, and participate in upward feedback.

  • Strong analytical ability to gather, verify and analyze information to formulate views.

Required Qualifications

  • Business Development experience.
