Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery supporting clients through transformation transactions, including separations, integrations, and joint ventures.
- Coach and guide junior team members.
- Assist in business origination through pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Advise senior client decision makers across many sectors on value‑creation strategies.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Consulting experience with the ability to perform rapid analysis and summarise insights for management.
- Understanding of the transaction lifecycle and key services and processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior clients and influence key decision makers.
- Flexibility to work under uncertainty and in unfamiliar sectors.
- Role model: mentor and support junior team members and participate in recruitment and training responsibilities.
- Industry and functional experience advising or working with corporates within relevant sectors.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional services/consulting background with significant client‑facing experience.
- Strong analytical skills that link operational analysis to financial statements and convey strategic implications.
- Experience in transactions (due diligence, carve‑out or integrations) or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of one or more core operational functions.

- Experience supporting sales and business‑development processes for consulting projects.
