We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Warehouse Management System Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management module within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their supply chain and warehouse operations and delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

Lead or support the implementation of D365 SCM & WMS solutions for clients.

Analyse and document supply chain and warehouse processes and translate them into D365 configurations.

Configure and customize the SCM including WMS module to meet specific business requirements.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

Provide training and support to end-users on SCM & WMS functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse operations within D365.

Ensure data integrity and system compliance with industry standards.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.

Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.

Preferred Skills

Proven experience as a D365 F&O Consultant with a focus on WMS.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.

Experience with D365 Supply Chain Management and related modules.

Familiarity with barcode scanning, mobile device integration, and warehouse automation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-330) are a plus.

Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).

Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
