Key Responsibilities
- Review tender enquiries, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Undertake site visits to assess access, utilities, and local conditions.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Produce resourced programmes and cost summaries.
- Ensure all tenders comply with current health & safety standards.
- Support successful handover to the delivery team.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and accurate records.
Requirements
- Experience in an estimating role within civil engineering or construction.
