Overview
Temporary Christmas Sales Associate – Part Time – Commission, incentives and great staff discount. Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores, when passionate customer service helps us create a festive atmosphere and memorable customer experiences. You’ll assist customers with jewellery, watches, or gift items and ensure they leave with well-presented gift-wrapped purchases.
This role offers an opportunity to gain retail experience and jewellery knowledge that you can share with customers. During the Christmas period, you’ll help customers browse, answer questions, showcase products and support the team in meeting targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Assist customers with jewellery, watches and gift items; answer questions and demonstrate products.
- Gift-wrap purchases and help maintain an inviting store environment.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets during peak periods.
Your background / Qualifications
- Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
- Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required but is a plus.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to initiate conversations with a diverse range of customers.
