As Assistant Store Manager here at Ernest Jones, you will join the team in a store within the local area.
Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in achieving the store's targets through promoting the sales culture instore.
- Build and inspire a strong customer-first team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Role model selling skills, coach and inspire your team through great leadership, and adopt a proactive approach to sales management.
- Run the store when the Store Manager is not present, planning, adjusting priorities, and organising activities regularly.
- Establish excellent relationships with clients to guide them in selecting the perfect piece from our collection of exquisite diamonds, prestigious watch brands, and luxury jewellery.
