Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers! We firmly believe that jewellery retail is all about having great product knowledge. Where do the gems come from in that necklace? How does that watch keep such exact time? Every product we sell has many facets behind it - and our Store Supervisors are the people who bring that product knowledge to life!
You will be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets, maximising sales and giving customers the benefit of your product expertise. You will also help store management, especially in coaching new team members and help them to settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their amazing customer retail skills.
Your Background
You will have retail or customer service experience, but what really sets you apart is your ability to sell. You will have the communication skills, confidence and outgoing personality needed to build rapport with customers and showcase product features. You will also be ambitious. Being a Store Supervisor is a stepping stone into your first management role - and with our coaching, training and support, you can develop quickly.
