Responsibilities:

  • Role model amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets and maximising sales.
  • Provide customers with product expertise and benefit them with knowledge.
  • Help store management by coaching new team members, assisting them to settle in and develop product knowledge and retail skills.

Qualifications:

  • Retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong ability to sell, communication skills, confidence, outgoing personality to build rapport with customers.
  • Aspirational and ambitious, with a desire for first management role.
