Responsibilities
- Role model amazing customer service for other team members, achieving targets and maximising sales.
- Provide customers with product expertise and benefit them with knowledge.
- Help store management by coaching new team members, assisting them to settle in and develop product knowledge and retail skills.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Strong ability to sell, communication skills, confidence, outgoing personality to build rapport with customers.
