VP – Private Banking – High Net Worth Clients
Location: London, UK
We are seeking an experienced Private Banking professional to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients, including members of ruling families, government officials, and senior business leaders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Private Banking team and drive strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and access to a full suite of banking, wealth, and asset management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and internal policies.
- Oversee team development, mentoring, and performance management.
- Identify market trends, innovate products/services, and implement strategies to retain and grow HNW client portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 12+ years in banking, including 5+ years managing HNW client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of private banking products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills; multilingual preferred (English + Arabic).
- Proven ability to think strategically, drive growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
