Internal Communications Manager

A highly regarded and award winning Internal Communications team is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their 12 person team.

Based in London (3 days per week in the office, 2 from home), this position would suit an individual with experience of working within a large, complex organisation. It is essential that you have designed as well as delivered Internal Communications strategies and have a proven track record of working closely with C-Suite level.

You will be joining the team at an exciting time – bringing to life a new business strategy. You will shape and advise on the internal communications of how the new business strategy is brought to life across an 8,000-person internal audience.

We are looking for an individual who can develop the internal communication strategy from scratch, considering the new business strategy\’s purpose, vision, values, and priorities. You will have a flair for content production and be able to bring creativity to strategic thinking as well as the ability to tactically deliver.
