In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of newbuild and commercial fenestration projects - from initial enquiry through to order handover and completion.

You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations, coordinating between developers, architects, and internal departments, and ensuring all aspects of each project are delivered to specification, on budget, and on schedule.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as strong commercial awareness and technical understanding of windows, doors, and glazing systems.

The Role:

  • Prepare, manage, and track quotations and tenders for newbuild, commercial, and large-scale residential projects
  • Interpret architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications to prepare accurate costings using Business Micros Evolution or equivalent software
  • Act as the central point of contact between external stakeholders (developers, architects, contractors) and internal departments (sales, technical, production, scheduling, despatch)
  • Manage project timelines and communicate clearly across all parties to ensure smooth progression from quote to manufacture
  • Ensure all project documentation, drawings, and approvals are accurately recorded, version-controlled, and shared across relevant teams

The Person:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
