In this role, the successful Workshop Manager or similar will be responsible for:
- Supervision and leadership of the welding/fabrication department
- Oversight of equipment maintenance
- Performing welding/fabrication tasks as and when needed
The ideal Workshop Manager or similar will have:
- A background in the metal fabrication/welding industry
- Previous practical experience in both MIG and TIG Welding
- Previous experience in a supervisory/management or a related role
- An understanding of CAD software, with the ability to read/interpret technical drawings
- Strong organisational and communicational skills
