Are you a Production Line Manager or similar, looking to join an expanding chemical manufacturer offering manufacturer-specific training and the opportunity to take on responsibility while leading the production team? Founded in the late 1970s as a family-owned business, this UK manufacturer produces liquid fertilisers, foliar nutrients, and animal feed supplements, while also supplying AdBlue and specialist fluid products, providing reliable, high-quality solutions to the agriculture, transport, and industrial sectors across the UK.

In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the filling and bottling lines, working hands-on with the production team to ensure production plans are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. You will plan and coordinate machines and changeovers, monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage stock control for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring everything is in place to meet production schedules. You will also lead and support the production team on the shop floor.

This is Telford, Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. This role would suit a Production Line or Manufacturing Manager looking to progress their career in a growing chemical manufacturing business, gain hands-on experience on bottling and filling lines, receive manufacturer-specific training and take responsibility for production efficiency, quality, and team performance.
