In this role you would be responsible for offering customer support over the phone on products and equipment, diagnosing any problems and issues as well as training on new pneumatic automative products and parts.
The ideal Technical Support Engineer would have come from a mechanical design engineering background or similar, looking to grow and develop their career in the hydraulics and pneumatics automation industry.
