In this site-based role, you will operate 360 excavators to carry out excavation, grading, shoring, lifting, and finishing works in line with project specifications. You will also support the wider team with hands-on tasks, ensuring smooth and safe operations across the site.

This position is ideal for a 360 Excavator Operator seeking a permanent PAYE role that offers long-term career prospects, skill development, and the opportunity to work on a variety of water industry projects.

The Role:
  • Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on water-related projects
  • Carry out excavation, grading, shoring, lifting, and finishing works to specification
  • Support the wider team to ensure smooth and safe site operations
  • 45-hour week, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends paid at time and a half)
  • Work is site-based on a site currently contracted for 18 months, with movement to new sites as contracts progress
The Person:
  • Experienced 360 Excavator Operator
  • Holds valid CPCS or NPORS tickets (above and below 10 tonnes)
  • Possesses a CSCS Operative Card
  • Commutable to Swindon
