The Role- Lead electrical contracts from pre-construction through to final account
- Prepare estimates and analyse drawings for new tenders
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier packages
- Oversee project delivery to programme, quality, and H&S standards
- Maintain commercial control, including cost tracking and variations
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Electrical or M&E sector
- Strong electrical installation background
