You'll be a key figure in delivering high-quality geotechnical data, supporting offshore operations, and guiding junior engineers across a variety of technically challenging marine projects.

The Role:

  • Work offshore as a Geotechnical Engineer on shallow seabed geotechnical site investigations
  • Lead or support the acquisition and processing of CPT, in situ, and soil sample data
  • Assist with offshore QA/QC and onboard laboratory testing
  • Use and oversee geotechnical data processing software
  • Support project delivery, field data management, and technical reporting
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their development

The Person:

  • Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology or similar
  • Experience in offshore geotechnical site investigations (CPT / sampling / vessel-based work)
  • Strong technical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working offshore and willing to travel when required
  • Able to support junior staff and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
