This role will involve keeping scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance completed under Part 145 control, whilst upkeeping quality and health and safety standards on the day shift. The Role:
- Manage the allocated day team of assigned engineers
- Set and ensure the team hits financial, commercial and engineering targets

- Enforce in-house and external health and safety regulations
- Upkeep company quality standards
- Carry out quality monitoring of all schedules and non-routine work cards
The Person:
- Full unrestricted B2 license
- Experience with one of the following types: EMB 135 / 145 (Legacy 600 / 650), EMB Lineage 1000, Phenom 100 / 300, Legacy 500 (Preator), Challenger 604 / 605, Bombardier Global BD700
