You'll get hands-on experience carrying out maintenance on all the machinery across the site, with full on-the-job training provided. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to develop their mechanical skills in a real-world setting. You'll maintain a variety of mechanical systems and attractions, ensuring rides and equipment run safely and smoothly. With plenty of variety and new challenges, you'll grow your expertise across different areas while working within a supportive team. It's a great opportunity to build a strong foundation and make an impact from day one.
45-hour week (Mon-Sun, 5-day rota).
The Role:
- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance within a safety-critical environment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems, using technical drawings and engineering knowledge.
- Work to UK standards and safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Person:
- Apprentice-trained engineer or HND/HNC/ONC/Level 3 BTEC qualification.
- Commutable to Southend-on-Sea.
