This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Inspector who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and technical challenge, with exposure to inspections, bespoke engineering projects, and the opportunity to develop commercial and tendering experience over time.
This role would suit a Structural Inspector who has experience on wind sensitive structures that is looking to join a reputable company that offers excellent opportunities for progression and training.
The Role:- Plan and undertake condition inspection surveys of wind-sensitive structures across establishments nationwide
- Attend site to carry out structural surveys and assessments, then compile detailed technical reports outlining condition and recommendations
- Prepare and issue risk assessments and method statements for contracts within your remit
- Work at height and lodge away when required, with accommodation arranged and subsistence paid
- Qualification (BTEC, NVQ, HNC, HND, BSc etc) in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Knowledge of inspecting and working on wind-sensitive structures or similar
- UK Driver's License
