Are you a Design Engineer with a background in metal fabrication, looking to join a highly successful business who will offer you clear progression routes to management, autonomy and fully expensed international travel once a quarter?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a global, market leading manufacturer within the construction and mining industries. This renowned, reputable company have been operating on the Evesham site since 1945, boasting offices and a large distribution facility, meaning that you will be centred in the fast-paced beating heart of their success.
In this role you will work closely with the highly skilled Design team. This role would be a direct route into design manager. You will be responsible for working from briefs, designing new products from scratch, as well as developing the existing product catalogue. The company like staff to see the product in action so there will be 4 international trips a year to meet with customers and see the product at work.
This role would suit a CAD Engineer looking for career progression, excellent training and varied, exciting work.
The Role:

- Full training on Creo
- Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00 Friday 8:00-14:30
