On offer is the opportunity to join an industry-leading company that specialises in the design, manufacture, and supply of roof trusses and posi-joists, using the latest machinery and design software. In this role you will oversee the design team to ensure a high-quality design service is provided to customers. You will be the design lead and will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans and liaising with customers to produce detailed designs and quotations.
The Role:
- Designing wooden Posi Joists and roof trusses using company software
- Overseeing the design team and reviewing all designs
- Managing the engineering department including sales, production, operations and stock
- Ensuring sales and profit targets are achieved
