Are you a Project Manager or Contracts Manager from a Facilities Management background looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of client accounts, expanding services, securing renewals, and delivering reactive and project works from cradle to grave?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly expanding FM & Building Services provider, working within an expert team supporting commercial, industrial, retail, and public-sector clients. You will manage full contract lifecycles while being supported with excellent bonuses, clear progression pathways, and a strong company culture.

In this role, you will become a key part of the operational management team, overseeing projects from initial survey and quotation through to delivery, completion, invoicing, and monthly account review. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure compliance, quality, H&S, and high-level service delivery across all contracts.

This company are a Manchester-based FM and Building Services contractor, delivering planned maintenance, reactive works, minor projects, and compliance services. They have a strong in-house team, a well-developed supply chain, and a reputation for long-term client partnerships.

This role would suit a Project Manager or FM Contracts Manager looking to step into a fast-growing environment with responsibility, autonomy, and a clear progression route.

The Role
  • Manage FM contracts from survey and quotation to delivery & completion
  • Coordinate engineers and subcontractors
  • Lead client meetings, oversee H&S and compliance
  • Ensure safe, compliant, on-time project delivery
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 40 hours
