In the role you will prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates, analyse tender documentation, engage with subcontractors and suppliers, produce cost plans, value engineering options, and support the pre-construction process from tender stage through to handover. You will liaise with clients, project teams, and the management team, ensuring all submissions are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
The Role:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for commercial and industrial refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process
- Supporting pre-construction documentation, value engineering, procurement planning, and project handovers
The Person:
- Estimator within construction
- Understanding of refurbishment, fit out, or design & build projects preferred
- Full UK driving licence, based in Maidenhead
