Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar with experience in Fit Out / Refurb looking to join a well-established, multi-million pound company where you will have autonomy over your working life?

This family owned business, established in 1969, provides full Fit Out and Refurbishment solutions to a number of sectors including Retail, Commercial, Airports, Banking and many more. With an in-house manufacturing team, they are able to provide excellent bespoke joinery services to their clients. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team.

In this autonomous role you will travel to sites as required. You will oversee financial contracts, liaise with the Commercial Director, manage project handovers, and manage project costs including budgeting and variations.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Fit Out / Refurb looking to join a family-owned business who put quality at the forefront of what they do, while working with some of the biggest names in the industry.

The Role:
  • Oversee financial contracts, as well as budgeting of projects and subcontractors.
  • Manage project handover, while liaising with the Commercial Director.
  • Attend site meetings when needed.

  • Experience in Fit Out / Refurb.
  • Commutable to Bradford.
