The Role:- Lead mechanical services delivery on Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects.
- Manage subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
- Oversee project timelines, budget control and procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and progress reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure compliance and buildability.
