Are you a Part 2 Architecture Graduate or Architectural Technologist looking to join a close-knit, successful company who offer training including funded Part 3 qualifications, progression, and the chance to work on exciting and varied bespoke projects across residential and commercial sectors?
The company is a chartered architectural practice who have been going for over 30 years working on high-end architectural and construction projects for a varied clientele. They supply into a wide range of industries such as residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare and more.
On offer is a great opportunity to build a career with a company who offer support and training including the opportunity to undertake your Part 3 qualification. In this role you will gain experience on all aspects of the architecture work they do from conducting site surveys, reading technical drawings to creating concepts and planning drawings. Projects will vary across bespoke homes and conversions, large scale residential or commercial projects.
This role would suit an Architecture Graduate or Architectural Technologist looking to join a close-knit, successful company who offer progression, and the chance to work on high-quality, exciting and varied bespoke projects across residential and commercial sectors.
The Role:- Designing using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and Adobe
- Dealing with the lifecycle of projects
- Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm, 5pm finish Friday
- Architectural Technology Qualification or similar
- Background in Building Regulations
- Commutable to Chorley
