On offer for the successful UPVC Fabricator or similar is the exciting opportunity to become a leading figure within a well-established, fast-growing business, offering top-of-the-line training both in house and externally, putting both their staff and customers at the heart of everything they do.

This role involves:

  • Creating and ensuring the execution of daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for employees within the fabrication team.
  • Oversight of the Production and Fabrication process, ensuring products are made within budget and delivered on time, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Hands-on involvement in fabrication as needed.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to make production more cost/time effective.
  • Day-to-day management of the Fabrication team, including handling general staff issues like holidays and absences.
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the Stock Manager.
  • Conducting machine checks and maintenance, keeping accurate technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background within the Manufacturing Industry and previous experience in a fabrication role.
  • A desire to progress into a managerial position.
  • Previous experience in a management role with strong leadership skills.
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
