In this role, you will manage and develop BIM models for MEP building services, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across projects. You will produce accurate Revit MEP models and 2D drawings, carry out clash detection, and support project teams from design through to construction handover.
This role would suit a technically confident BIM/Revit professional with MEP experience who enjoys delivering coordinated, high-quality building services projects.
The Role:- Develop and manage Revit MEP models for building services projects
- Produce accurate 3D models and 2D drawings throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate designs across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines
- Carry out clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Support project teams from design through to construction handover
- Contribute to improving BIM workflows and digital engineering processes
- Experience using Autodesk Revit MEP
- Understanding of BIM workflows and standards (ISO 19650 / BIM Level 2)
