The company operates out of a 70,000 square foot facility and is a mechanical component manufacturer, distributing to both national and international clients. The company is looking to extensively grow over the coming years by increasing headcount and continual investment.

The Role:
- 8:30 - 5 Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 - 2 Friday
- Lead the production side of the business and work to ensure manufacturing deadlines are met
- Lead a team of 25 on the workshop floor
- Remain informed on your area of the business and conduct weekly reports to the MD
- Work to optimise production efficiency and ensure a seamless workflow across a range of machining processes
- Collaborate with the production planner, engineer and supervisor to enhance the production processes
The Person:
- Experience in a leadership/supervisory position related to production
- Extensive knowledge of machining processes
