Are you a Junior Civil Engineer looking to take the next step in your career, gaining exposure across Project Management and Quantity Surveying within a specialist and growing Civil engineering company? This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with over 30 years' experience, currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. They are a team of 85 looking to grow to over 100 with excellent progression opportunities. They specialise in marine, civil and confined spaces engineering.
You will assist with a varied workload. You will be involved with site engineering, project management, tendering and QS activities. This position would suit a Junior Civil Engineer looking for progression and variety in a supportive, close-knit team where long-term development and flexibility are prioritised.
The Role:
- Manage civil engineering projects from triage through to delivery
- Carry out minor QS duties - assessing sub-contractor prices and schedules of work
- A mixture of office and site-based work
- Monday-Friday 8-4:30 (flexible)
The Person:
- Junior Civil Engineer
- Consultant or site engineer experience
- Commutable to Treforest.
