Are you an Employers Agent from a building services background looking to be the go-to technical specialist within a multibillion-pound contract company, where you will be managing the processes on high-stake projects? In this role, you will be responsible for the whole process of projects, ranging from client representation to handovers and aftercare. You will be the point of contact for the company in relation to all projects ensuring all processes are followed and run smoothly. This will involve reporting all relevant client reports and complying with all quality procedures including CDM 2015, fire safety guidance and England/GLA funding requirements.
