Are you a MIG Welder or similar, looking for a stable, days based, full-time role with flexible start times and long-term security? Join a growing manufacturer with secure, long-term work and a strong order book. This role offers stability as the company continues to win new customers and increase production.
You will manufacture a wide range of mild steel fabrications (1-12mm) in small batch quantities, working to weekly production schedules. You will be based at your own seated workstation, using modern Fronius MIG welding equipment within a well-organised workshop environment. This role is ideal for a MIG Welder or similar, seeking consistency, flexibility, and long-term employment.
The Role- MIG weld mild steel fabrications (1-12mm)
- General fabrication at a dedicated seated workbench
- Use modern MIG welding equipment
- Day shift: Monday-Thursday flexible start (07:15 or 07:30) finish 16:15 or 16:30
- Friday early finish: 13:15 or 13:30
- MIG Welder/Fabricator or similar
- Commutable to Nuneaton
