Are you a Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias or similar from a FMCG or Manufacturing background looking to join one of the biggest packaging companies in the UK? This role offers a days based position, a host of company benefits, training including official qualifications, and the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime.
On offer is the opportunity to join one of the biggest food packaging companies in the UK who work with big clients such as Nestle and Rowntrees. They have been established for over 30 years and are looking to bolster their ranks with a new Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer.
This role will involve maintenance of the factory's machinery, specifically equipment related to food packaging such as multi-headed weighers and baggers. You will be assisting with the PPM schedules, reacting to breakdowns, and generally keeping the factory in great condition. This shift is 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday with overtime paid at 1.5x.
This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar with a FMCG background looking for a days based role for an industry leading company who can supply a host of company benefits, progression within the company, training, and overtime opportunities.
The Role:- Carrying out pre-planned maintenance schedule.
- Reacting to machine breakdowns.
- Help train apprentices and mentor junior engineers.
